Dear Sam,

My name is Elijah and I am 5 1/2 years. We went trick or treating one time. We live in Sacramento but we were in the Puget Sound this Summer and we rode on the ferry boat.

We want you to see our Polliwog. We could send a picture or you could come here or else we could bring it to you. We made our Polliwog out of tar paper and paint and bamboo and we hung it up to dry. It has primer now and floats, we put quarters in the keel, it's a mouse boat. We're making a sail for it. We cut the spars from plum tree wood and we skinned them too. We used the saw to cut it and my sister pulled me around on the vacuum. We did lots of work today. I think it was the most fun I've ever had. We like the Polliwog plans and we are planning on building a full size model. Thank you!
